Where history meets harmony
We lean into the Craftsman architectural style with warm, rich wood tones like oak and alder, complemented by natural stones. Rich, moody colors rooted in early Craftsman style, such as greens, rusty reds, soft caramels, creams, and slates add an understated drama. The new space is enhanced with patterned wallpapers and textiles inspired by William Morris, whose designs heavily influenced the American Craftsman style. Woodworking details are incorporated throughout, such as a focal table in the foyer with a wood slab top and mortise-and-tenon joinery base.

As members enter into The Pinery Country Club, they are greeted by the timeless charm of Craftsman-inspired design. The foyer welcomes with new slate flooring, its earthy hues echoing the rugged beauty of the surrounding landscape. The reception space has been opened to the Foyer and accentuated with a statement-making botanical themed wallpaper.
At the center of the foyer, a large live-edge focal table adds details of craftsmanship and authenticity and artfully displays a collection of books and objet d’art which tell the story of Colorado. Suspended from above, a new chandelier of burnished brass and leather casts a warm glow, illuminating the space with a soft, inviting light.
Lobby
Progressing from the Foyer into the Lobby, members are enveloped in rich blue-greens, reminiscent of Craftsman style. Their eyes are drawn to unobstructed views of the greens beyond. Warm wood-look flooring, large iron chandeliers, and a newly finished two-story fireplace with deep crimson zellige tiles add character. Illuminated alder cabinetry showcases curated books and objects, while a patterned wool rug anchors seating with a rich leather sofa, chairs, and a fireside bench. A sofa console with games invites members to linger, and statement artwork and cozy floor lamps add warmth. Fully retracting glass walls blur the line between indoors and out, inviting members to connect with nature and enjoy refined hospitality.
Bar
The redesigned Bar has been fully opened up to the Lobby with unobstructed connectivity and a welcoming ambiance that beckons guests to gather and linger. Leather club chairs and a dramatically bold red velvet banquette offer a comfortably variety of seating, with rich textures and hues that invite members to settle in and savor the moment.
At the back bar, whimsical wallpaper adds a touch of personality, while new pendants cast a soft, flattering light over the space. The bar counter, topped with gorgeous stone, stands as a focal point, its elegant lines drawing the eye and inviting members to indulge in crafted cocktails and meticulously selected wines. Cozy lamps and rugs add warmth and intimacy, creating a space members will never want to leave.
Restaurant
In the refreshed Restaurant, elegance meets comfort with soft hues, rich tailored carpeting, and a blend of textile patterns on long banquettes. Tall potted trees and tailored linen draperies enhance the space, drawing attention to iron chandeliers and over-scaled artwork. The Boardroom is now a bold Private Dining Room, connected to the Restaurant by an enlarged opening with velvet drapes. Inside, statement wallpaper, ebonized wooden furnishings, and brass accents create a grounded yet vibrant atmosphere. Glass doors offer flexibility for fireside al fresco dining on the terrace under a timber trellis.
Pub
Stepping into the pub, guests are reminded of a bygone era of speakeasy glamour and prohibition-era intrigue. Copper-hued velvet drapes welcome guests into the space, their plush texture hinting at the indulgence that awaits within. A 25-foot bar stretches across the room, its beautiful stone counters begging patrons to sit. Above, Edison-style brass light fixtures cast a warm, flattering glow, while statement brass pipe beer taps offer an array of local brews to savor.
Along the back bar wall, antique mirror panels and decorative fresnel-glass sconces create a sense of old-world elegance, while antique prints of Colorado maps pay homage to the region’s storied heritage. In the lounge area, velvet lounge chairs and cocktail tables offer the perfect setting for conversation and cardplaying, while statement brass fixtures overhead and collaged artworks reference Colorado’s rebellious past and connect it to the vibrant brewing culture of the present.
Terrace
Outside, the terrace, with its panoramic views and inviting ambiance, offers members yet another beautiful place to dine, drink, and gather. A new walk-up bar provides expedited drink service while outdoor dining seating invites members to savor the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Roll-down enclosures and heaters ensure year-round comfort, extending the use of the outdoor space even in the chilliest of months. With views looking to the putting greens, the terrace offers a serene retreat where members can reconnect with nature while enjoying the finest amenities and hospitality that Pinery has to offer.
